Ivory Fantasy sits in the value tier of Indian export granite — genuinely useful to say plainly, rather than to dress up as something it isn’t. It’s a hard, dense construction-grade stone, just with a plainer, less dramatic pattern than premium lines like Tan Brown or Black Galaxy, and priced accordingly.

What it looks like

A yellow-to-ivory base carrying brown and light-yellow flecking, with some blocks running toward a whitish-grey undertone rather than a warm yellow one. “Fantasy” granites in the Indian trade typically show more block-to-block variation than single-colour stones — worth seeing the actual slab in our gallery rather than judging from a small sample chip, since what you get can genuinely differ from what a catalogue photo suggests.

Where the value actually is

If the brief is a functional, hard-wearing granite surface on a budget — a rental property, a secondary bathroom, a large-area floor where premium stone pricing doesn’t make sense — Ivory Fantasy does the job structurally as well as any granite. Its durability doesn’t scale with price; a granite’s hardness and stain resistance come from its mineral composition and low porosity, not from how dramatic its pattern is.

Kerala-specific notes

Light granite shows an oil mark or turmeric splash slightly more visibly than a dark stone until it’s wiped down — a cosmetic point, not a durability concern. In a flamed finish it’s a reasonable choice for exterior paving or cladding that needs to survive Kerala’s monsoon without staining, though we’d check the specific finish and sealing schedule before committing to an outdoor installation.

Care

Standard granite maintenance: pH-neutral cleaner, avoid harsh chemicals, reseal roughly every one to two years. No different from any other granite in our range — the value is in the price, not in reduced durability.
